Remote Recruiting & Onboarding Coordinator (LATAM)

We are building a fast-growing U.S.-based team—and we are looking for someone who can help us find, hire, and onboard top talent across the country.

This is not a basic admin role. This is an opportunity to grow into leadership as we scale.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

Posting job ads across platforms
Reviewing applications and identifying strong candidates
Messaging and screening applicants
Scheduling interviews with leadership
Sending onboarding documents and tracking completion
Helping build and improve our hiring systems

Who This Is For:

You are organized and detail-oriented
You communicate clearly in English (written + spoken)
You are proactive and don’t need constant supervision
You are comfortable talking to new people daily

Compensation:

$4–$8/hour (based on experience)
Performance bonuses per successful hire
